Fix Sauna Sessions

Fix Therapy now offers sauna and cold plunge sessions in our private backyard studio. Each 2-hour session allows participants to experience the sauna and cold plunge in a Scandinavian-style cycle, with time to relax by the fire.

 

Sauna Socials are available for individuals on Wednesday's and Saturday's (7:30-9:30 pm) for $30 per person. 

 

Private group bookings (up to 8 people) can be made for a flat rate of $175 and are available by request on weekday evenings and weekend daytime/evenings, excluding weds and sat 7:30-9:30 pm
