Sauna and cold plunge circuit at Fix Studio

It’s been an exciting year here at Fix as we’ve created a beautiful sauna and cold plunge space, a place to unwind, reconnect, and reset.

Sauna Socials are now open to all clients, along with their friends and family.

Join us Wednesdays & Saturdays from 7:30-9:30pm for our weekly drop-in sessions.

(Just send a quick text or email to reserve your spot)

If you prefer a private session, we offer Group bookings on evenings and weekends, excluding weds or sat as those are the community nights

Our sauna is a classic Finnish-style setup, designed for the full Scandinavian cycle:

hot → cold plunge → relax by the fire → repeat.

The entire yard is arranged to make the experience seamless and soothing.

When you arrive, Fix studio is available for changing, washroom use, and pre- or post-shower.

(There’s also an outdoor shower within the sauna circuit area.)

There’s so much research on the health benefits of a consistent sauna routine and our own family has noticed decreased muscle tension, better sleep, and quicker recovery after sauna sessions.
